AFM Probes Scientist: http://www.bruker-axs.com/unitedstatesandcanada.html#c50011

In our Metrology segment of Bruker Nano Surfaces Division, we design and manufacture atomic force microscopes ("AFMs"), scanning probe microscopes ("SPMs"), stylus profilers, and fast 3D optical microscopes, used to provide critical surface measurements in research and production environments. This broad line of products is used in universities, research facilities and scientific centers worldwide. In production environments (such as microelectronics and solar), precision manufacturing industries, (such as medical device manufacturing, automotive and aerospace) and other related industries, our metrology instruments enable customers to monitor their products throughout the manufacturing process to improve yields, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

We are currently looking for an AFM Probes Scientist who will be responsible for proof of concept study and process development for all key assignment related to AFM probes, specifically chemical identification, quantitative nano-electrics and artifact free probe. The AFM Probes Scientist will be the lead in new AFM probe development, including collaborating with researchers around the world; work efficiently on proof of concept for broad range of applications; conducting performance verification and develop production process.
