I am trying to scan very thin Py bars (lateral dimension 100nm x 1um) with the thickness of 10nm. Supposedly the field generated by this little bar is very small hence the signal is also very weak. Which tip is more suitable for this purpose? MESP-Low Moment or MESP-High Moment? Thanks a lot~

Hi Yunfei,

A low moment probe could avoid potentially changing the sample. That is what I would try first.

Stefan
