Signal Access Module-RS232

Hell, does anybody know how to use the RS232 on the Signal Access Module to get the data/control signals?

Sorry, the dsub-9 connector on the signal access module does not provide digital access to the data and control signals. On our older controller architecture there was a provision for basic serial communication through the main 37-pin connector interface. These lines (just TXD, RXD and ground) were broken out and connected to a dsub-9 connector on the SAM. But as far as I know the lines were never used for anything on any of our products. Today the connector is really nothing more than a vestigial feature of an old architecture.
