Hello everone, I am a new AFM user. Today I did my first training. I am working on a Burker AFM instrument (Nanoscope 8.15 software) and I am using QNM mode. How can I get a manual or any material explaining the calibration and use of this mode. Thank you.

Hello Yasir,

Welcome, and a lot of fun starting with AFM. For manuals, check your computer, on the D drive there should be a directory "manuals" with a lot of different manuals for a lot of systems. Also especially in the nanoscoop analysis use the F1 "Help, very good and very helpful.

Also have a look at the section Application Notes on top her ( http://nanoscaleworld.bruker-axs.com/nanoscaleworld/media/g/application_notes/default.aspx ) can be very helpful.

And of coarse ask here when something is not clear, there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers...... Big Smile
