Dear Nanoscope analysis users,

I have many AFM images that need to be flattened and exported for further image processing - Are you aware of any programs/functions in the Nanoscope analysis software that allow me to do this?

Thank you very much!

Best regards,

Tia

This is simple with Nanoscope analysis using the "Run History" function in Nanoscope analysis 1.40 (it is called "Run Autoprogram" in 1.50).  If you click on the blue question mark or press the F1 key on your keyboard, you should be able to search for 'autoprogram' or 'history' and find directions on how to do this.

I just installed the new Nanoscope analysis v 1.5 - in both versions I could not open the help file...

Thanks!

Try this:

1. open internet explorer

2. use windows explorer to find the directory where Nanoscope Analysis Help is installed (usually soemthing like C:\Program Files\Bruker\NanoScopeAnalysis\Help).

3. drag the 'Default.htm' file onto the internet explorer window

You should see the help.

Let me know if this works or not!

Nope - none of the html files work...all I can see is a blank page with a blank panel to the left...

Just tried on Mazilla firefox 23.0 - It works!

Still not working in Chrome or IE 11.

Thank you though!

Glad you got it working.  I'll look into the issue with the other browsers...
