We have a Dimension ICON for a year. Recently we are looking into its nano-identation. The manual on the computer actually is an older version which does not seem to describe steps correctly on our instrument. Is there an updated version avabilable please? Thanks!
We did revise the Nanoindentation manual in that time frame, and it should now be correct. Please contact our Service Group and they will provide you with an updated manual.afmsupport@bruker-nano.com
