In recent scanning,my E scanner is easy to be retracted(About -1.00V per second) After I scan the first sample(It also retracted in first sample but slowly) .I use the ScanAsyst mode and ScanAsyst Air probe.

Hi Komeijikoishi,

Has this issue been addressed?

One possibility is that your sample is drifting in the z position. Please contact our tech support for more immediate and detailed help. Please see my signature for the contact information.

Thanks,

Teddy
