I am researching photographs for a college chemistry textbook.   The authors would like to reproduce an image of an atom or molecule (think elements from the periodic table) created by either a scanning force microscope or an atomic force microscope.   Do such images exist?  Do you have any suggestions for a photo source?   We will eventually need a high resolution digital file for our reproduction and would be happy to credit the creator.  Thank  you for your help.  Sharon Donahue/Photo Editor
