Hi,

I tried to setup a 1D SPM Zoom in Tapping mode yesterday on an X3D running 6.26R5.

But for some reason the captured survey image came out non planefitted, so that in the following PatRec step the image was just black.

Did I miss something?

I did the same on a Vx210 (same SW) a few weeks ago and it worked there.

If you have any ideas please let me know

Thank you

Hi Robert -

Did you have the offline planefit set to full?  In V6.26 you should be able to add a flatten or planefit before the pattern rec step.

Hi Sean,

I tried to add a flatten before the patrec - it gives you a NS error right away, the flatten analysis will be added, but it did not work with the patrec afterwards.

Had the planefitt set to offset.

Will try it today on a different system again.

Just tested it.

I guess it was my bad that I forgot to set the offline planefit for the image

Thank you anyways
