Hi,
I'm still trying to find how to read header datas in AFM force files and in particular how to find the Z scale (to find Voltage values). Then for the conversion from Voltage to nm, it is easy.
In that file the expected conversion factor is 0.06615 V/LSB for z movement. Where can I find such values or a mean to obtain such value in my file.
