Is there possibility in nanoscope analysis to automatically calculate fibrils height  (in form of histogram for example)  for example in case of amyloid fibrils?

Thanks,

Edy

Hi Edy,

As far as I know it is not in nanoscoop analysis, but have a look at the freeware program Gwyddion (search for "Gwyddion AFM" with google) You can measure the heights etc and show it as histograms or fit lines through the points without any problems. Nanoscoop analysis is good, but Gwyddion can do a lot more. BTW I have nothing to do with Gwyddion, just a very happy user for some of it's functions

Thanks. I 've downloaded it,  found height distribution function. It would be great if it had threshold option.

I also found very useful the leveling function.
