您好, 請問一下我們的AFM探針使用壽命很短,是否有改善的法子,另外,在用於PSS的產品,探針的選擇上,應該怎樣選?

如果是做tapping模式，请控制好探针和样品间的作用力。尽量使用悬臂后面有镀层的探针，来增加SUM值。下针后，不要把setpoint设为target amplitude的一半左右。
