Hi,

I recently used our Dimension Icon to image some fibroblast cells under contact mode. I used MLCT A and D probes to image. However, the imaging quality was not really satisfactory. Unfortunately, I cannot attach images in this post. It looks like the cell membrane was distorted during the imaging (especially the right side of the cell, I used trace signal to generate the picture). The height of the cell was about 5-6 um.

Would someone please help me to take a look of the picture and give me some suggestions (I can the pictures through email)?

Thanks a lot!
