孙博，您好，我们需要做比较软的聚合物薄膜样品形貌，在tapping模式下，选择 FESPA 或者SNL两种探针是否合适？ 谢谢！

如果是空气中测量，SNL太软，不适合做tapping模式，FESPA可以一试，但效果不一定比普通的tapping模式的针好。如果是液体中测量，可以选用SNL的针，注意选取合适的工作频率。
