生成文件为隐藏，无法使用的情况

我们的机子是MM3的，在使用过程中，经常有出现抓图后生成的文件属性是隐藏性质的，拷出来后，文件无法正常打开的情况。不知这是什么原因造成的？如何解决？

这是软件的一个bug，您要先在5版的在线软件中打开一次，然后再拷出来就没有问题了。

我也遇到过类似的情况。孙博士的意思是需要在原子力仪器开着的状态下，把那个文件在和仪器相连的那个电脑上打开一次之后再拷贝走，拿到其他电脑上就可以打开了吗？

仪器开不开无所谓，就是扫描完后，用NS5版的软件的离线功能打开它一次，就不是隐藏的了。
