We would like to invite you to participate in the coming Symposium "Scanning Probe Microscopy: Frontiers in Nanotechnology" which will be held within MRS Fall Meeting:

The deadline for the abstract submission is  June 19, 2012.

 

Session topics will include:

SPM applications in electronic devices (metals, semiconductors, and dielectrics)

Atomic and nanoscale manipulation and assembly of nanostructures

Chemical identification of atoms and molecules, including nano- and biosensors

SPM studies of organic electronics, materials, and devices

SPM applications in biophysics, medicine, and bionanotechnology

SPM analysis of biointerfaces and biomaterials

Novel developments in SPM techniques: theory, instrumentation, and applications
