Is Innova suited to perform peak-force scans? It seems not to be either on the experiment list or in the online manual.

Innova is not currently capable of running any of the PeakForce modes. For those you need a system driven by a NanoScope controller (Dimension Icon or FastScan, MultiMode, or BioScope Catalyst).
