I am trying to get height measurements for fibrils and have a few questions.

1.  How can I set a different value as zero?

2.  I also want to truncate my data but can't see how

Hi,

1. if you are using cross section mode, in the section figure, you can drag a horizotal line to the position where you wanna set as your zero and right click to select y translate.

2. not sure what you mean by truncate, if you wanna crop your image, you can select under filter->crop and split
