Dear Dr. sun hao when I open the Nanoscope 7.30 software , there are two errors: 1. Runtime Error! R6025 - pure virtual function call 2. Failed to find or initialize a DSP borad. please power down the pc and try again. I attempt to restart PC and controller several times but failed to recover. please help!

2. Failed to find or initialize a DSP borad. please power down the pc and try again.
I attempt to restart PC and controller several times but failed to recover.
please help!
1. 打开电脑主机箱，检查DSP辅助供电插头是否已松脱。
2. 检查DSP板是否牢固地插在主板插槽中。
3. 若以上两项无问题，请将DSP板取出，测试上边的3个保险丝是否烧坏。保险丝位于DSP板的右上角。
4. 若保险丝已坏，我们将给您寄送保险丝。若保险丝未坏，应更换DSP板。
