I understand how to calibrate my deflection sensitivity, but how do I UNDO it? If instead, I would like to view the deflection in mV instead of nm, is there a simple (non-workaround) way to do this? The reason this is an annoyance is because I adjust my setpoint in mV, but can no longer see my free oscillation amplitude in the RAMP in mV.
Thanks,
Jake
To "undo" the deflection sensitivity calibration just go to Tools>Calibrate>Detector and type 1 "" for the deflection sensitivity (or amplitude sensitivity or amplitude error sensitivity in tapping mode).
Another way is to look for the Units parameter in the scan parm list or ramp parameter list and set it to "Volts".

Thanks Bede.
