How can we do EFM measurements on BioScope Catalyst? What hardware is required?

Can we do such measurements in EFM mode in liquids? Want to be able to do SICM functionality.

Some EM measurements are possible with the Catalyst but not SICM. As I am not a specialist of electrical modes, I hope somebody will follow-up on that post.

Regarding your question about P&S, it's quite easy to do this on a horizontal line: just select the "line" option and "2" in the "number of points" tab. Then draw a line parallel to the scan axis and select "ramp and capture".

EFM is possible with conductive tip holder, but I don't think it can be done in liquid.
