End of last week we found an error in the 8.15 version of the software. For us it is not possible to make a termal tune in the setting 5-2000 kHz. This setting we need for calibration of e.g. the Scan-Assist Liquid tips (~120 kHz). It brings up this error :

There is not running any other program in the background. Restarting the software is not helping, also restarting the computer does not help.

If we start up version 8.10r3 there is no problem running the thermal tune. Below is a part of the Termal tune window with the "standard" settings:

My apologies for the bad resolution!

Can someone with a Catalyst system and version 8.15 of the software try to make a Termal Tune in the 5-2000 kHz range to see if he/she is getting the same error?
Can the software developers have a look at this please?

Best Regards,

Hi Joop,

I have the Catalyst and Nanoscope 8.15r3, and I have successfully done the thermal tune in 5-2000kHz mode without any errors.
