Hello,

There are 3 different values of angle for a tip, the side, back and front angle, what half angle value should I use for the elastic modulus calculation?

Thanks,

Benoit.

Hi Benoit,

Which probes are you using?

If you are using our ScanAsyst or DNP / MLCT probes then we use a nominal tip half angle of 18 degrees.

Best,

Andrea

Hello Andrea,

This correspond to the side angle right?

Thanks,

Benoit.
