I got 3 scanning files(4-.002, 4-.003, NsThumbnails.bin) by MutiMode8(AFM).

But, I cannot analysis using NanoScope Analysis program. This program did not open these files. What's a problem ?

Do I need a file conversion ?

Hi yark,

What are the version numbers of your software packages (aquisition and analysis)? Did you save the files any different than your other files? Did the problem occur again or did just happen once?
