孙博你好，

         我是AFM 新手，我们的仪器型号是MMV，在手动下针，调sum值之后，再调Vertical和Horizon时，这两项数字变化特别快，而且没有什么规律的变，请问一下是什么原因造成的？

可以先从比较好调的针练起，用一根带有镀层的tapping探针，比如OTESPA探针，它的sum大约在4点多，并且比较稳定。如果用比较软的探针，由于热扰动，vert和hori的值可能会有些波动。通过调head后面反射镜的角度将SUM最大化，会好一些。
