After over a decade of extremely popular once-a-year conferences, Seeing at the Nanoscale is expanding to multiple locations in 2013. The year-on-year growing participation, interest, and valued interactions were a strong catalyst for Bruker's new regional multi event format.

Bruker is pleased to co-host the first Seeing at the Nanoscale event of 2013 with Northwestern University's prestigious NUANCE Center. Since its founding in 1851, Northwestern has grown into one of the nation's premier research institutions. The NUANCE Center, established in the mid-1980s, integrates three complementary instrumentation facilities, electron microscopy (EPIC), surface science (Keck-II) and scanning probe microscopy (NIFTI), into contiguous space under a unified management umbrella at Northwestern University.

Seeing at Nanoscale at Stanford University will be held in conjunction with Stanford's 10th Int'l NMC/CPN event. This year's NMC focuses on new developments, investigations, applications of cantilever-based sensors, cantilever systems engineering and all modes of nanomechanical sensing, including chemical sensing, biosensing, scanning probes and metrologies, optomechanics, nanomechanics, and resonant sensing.
