We are very pleased to announce the opening of our newest customer care center in Karlsruhe, Germany. The center offers test/diagnostics, regional repairs, training, and call center support. Bruker has a long history of providing the best service possible to its customers. Building upon this reputation, Bruker has made significant enhancements to its service solutions for its Nano Surfaces Division over the past year. Karlsruhe marks the third new regional customer care center to open since the end of last year. Earlier in 2012 we opened new centers in China and Japan, and by year's end will open our fourth in Singapore. 

Fast Action for Quick Resolution 

This local expertise and enhanced repair capabilities will ensure that our customers receive the best and fastest service and support available. With the addition of these service centers, response time to our customers is greatly improved. Response time to phone and email questions and inquiries have a guarantee of a one business day turnaround. Testing and troubleshooting are guaranteed within 3 to 5 days, and repairs within 5 to 10 days at the local customer centers. These new additions to our customer service program will ensure our customers receive the highest standard of care, as well as regional-based customer user training, scheduled or ad hoc when required.
