My force curves fit very well to the Sneddon Fit Model when analyzing them with the Indentation command in the latest version of Nanoscope Analysis software, but the value of the Young´s Modulus it always appears as 0.00 MPa (which does not happen if I use the Hertzian Fit Model). Am I doing something wrong? Is there something different to do when using this model to elucidate the YM of our force curves that I am missing?

Thank you for your help and time,

Cristina

You just need to update the tip half angle in the software before you can apply sneddon model.
