What equipment is needed to do PFM using a Dimension 3100 AFM which is equipped with a NanoScope IV controller?  A NanoScope IIIA controller is also available, but does not have the convenient user Analog inputs.

Pat,

thanks very much.  The document appears to be very well written, like a support note, but does not have a byline.  Do you know the source of the document?

Hi Don,

This is an old internal support document.
