Dear community,

The radius of curvature of the sample is an important value that could influence the results of the Peak Force QNM measurement if it is close to the radius of curvature of the AFM probe. Is there a way to map the radii of curvature of the sample via NanoScope Analysis? If no, is such a feature planned?
