Is there any one has an idea about the lateral force measurement and the method of lateral spring constant calibration??

There are two main methods: the wedge method and the diamagnetic lateral force calibrator (D-LFC). The wedge method is the most popular, but the D-LFC (in my opinion) is more accurate and simpler to use, but you have to make it yourself.
