Hi everybody
I'm using a SPM NanoScope III with Nanoscope 5.30r3sr3 as controlling software. Since few days ago when we've tried to use de microscope, in the software doesn't appear the microscope button (the yellow microscope)  to enter to real-time operation.

This is how the toolbar looks like in the controlling PC.

The missing icon:

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated

Thanks

The software is not recognizing the DSP board.  Try re-seating the NanoScope board(s) in the pc.  If you have a pair of boards (INT and DSP) try re-seating the ribbon cables that connect the two boards.

If you have further difficulties, let us know.  donc@asmicro.com

Another possibility is that Nanoscope did not shut down correctly and is still paritally running.  Rebooting the computer would eliminate that possibility.
