Hi.I'm currently using DI AFM with Nanoscope Controller V, software version 7.0. Up to now no relevant problems with basic operations. Suddenly I got no image in tapping (see the image below)

I used same procedure, same kind of tip than when my topografy was good. The sample is the gold contact of EFM TEST SAMPLE 00-107-0141, that is it is flat. When I first meet this difficulty, I changed old tip. Aiming, cantilever tuning and landing were fine, but again I got no image (aside noise I mean).
Please, has anyone some suggestion about the issue and how I can fix it? Thanks a lot
Hi, The noise could be from different sources or just simply too high gain (looks like in your image). can you send the original file and a clear screen shot of your settings and maybe tuning curve to ang.li@bruker-nano.com?
