Hello,

I have a few questions on KPFM.

1)There is a  Phase2 channel in PF-KPFM. Is this channel phase detection at lift? If so, the signal is the same as those in EFM. Then in PF-KPFM, we get surface potential and EFM signal at the same time.Am I right?

2)Does the variation of topography has any effect on KPFM?
