孙博士您好，因为我没有赶上SPM电学性能的培训，不知道您那里有没有最新的关于EFM，c-AFM和Surface Potential的操作流程的文档我可以自学一下？麻烦您了，我的邮箱是410048612@qq.com。还想问一下，最近北京或是上海举不举办SPM的培训班？
