Hi,

I have a peptide attached to the surface via long polyethylene glycol (PEG) tethers.  I need to extract the persistence and contour length from the force-distance curves.  I have thousands of force-distance curves to analyze, how can I automate the process?  I have access to Nanoscope 8.0 and Nanoscope Analysis 1.4.  Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance for your time and efforts.

Warm Regards.
