孙工，我们的仪器是Dimension Edge with Scanasyst，我想知道：在Dimension Edge上Scanasyst与tapping扫出的形貌图差在哪里？谢谢！

ScanAsyst可以扫描更软更粘的样品，这是tapping mode所不能做的。另外对于窄沟槽样品，tapping mode也测不准，但是ScanAsyst可以测准。对于表面上有静电荷的样品，tapping mode往往测得的高度比实际高度要高，而ScanAsyst可以得到比较准确的结果。
