HELP!!! How to get raw height data matrix from FLT file measured in AFM

I need to get the raw height data matrix from FLT file measured in AFM, e.g. the scan line is 512, the raw height data matrix is 512*512 matrix of height, can I use Nanoscope analysis to make it, and how?

I also can extract the data from binary FLT file, but I don't know the position fo the initiation data, or something like coefficient.

I will be much appreciated if you help me to solve this question.
