各位大神好，初接触MultiMode8原子力，用的是ScanAsyst -空气 探针，有文献显示用圆锥体探针套用赫兹接触模型计算弹性模量，那我想请教有没有适用于ScanAsyst - Air探针的计算方法，现在有力-距曲线，不知怎么处理，就是想找出能表征出细胞硬度、刚度的方法，谢谢。

您好！MM8可以直接使用力曲线得到样品的模量和粘性信息，如果您配备了PFQNM，则可以直接进行力学性质的Mapping。请您留下邮箱，我把操作手册发给您。

您好！MM8可以直接使用力曲线得到样品的模量和粘性信息，如果您配备了PFQNM，则可以直接进行力学性质的Mapping。请您留下邮箱，我把操作手册发给您。
