How quantitative are modulus measurements?

They can be as accurate as with Peak Force QNM but on a narrower range of samples. The maximum Young's modulus you can go up to is a few tens of GPa (about 100 GPa with PFQNM). The lowest modulus you can go down to is 200-300 MPa (with QNM, you can go down to ~100 kPa).
