您好！我们组里的Icon配备了Thermal Applications Controller，我想请问您这个温控配的那个可以给Tip加热的Holder 能不能用于KPFM测量？如果不能的话，有没有可能的办法让它实现KPFM探测？谢谢您！

您好，只要将Drive Routing改为Sample，即只往样品上加偏压，是可以实现KPFM测量的。默认的TP-KPFM-AM是将电压加到探针上。
