setpoint below the minimum limit

Dear all, 

I used a kind of tip to conduct AFM.

But it always shows the error message - the engage setpoint has fallen below the minimum limit -when I try to land the tip.

Is there any possible reason caused that problem?

The technical data of tip is as the following.

force constant : 2N/m ; resonant frequency : 25kHz
