一开始很正常的曲线，但随着时间增加曲线右侧不断上移，这是什么原因？

请问您测的是什么类型的样品，基底是否绝缘并易带电荷？从力曲线上看似乎在扫描的过程中产生了静电排斥力。如样品在扫描过程中带电并与探针排斥，可能会如此。试着在force monitor上点右键，auto config来让系统重新计算一下背底并扣除，看是否可以消除这种现象。
