Failed in Thermal Tune

Hi 

I'm using a multimode 8 AFM and met some problem. When I try 'thermal tune' option in touch calibration with PeakForce QNM (NanoScope 9.2, 64bit) there is a pop-up window that says:"failed in high speed data retrieve." I have tried replace probe, change probe holder, check every cable and restart everything both in liquid and in air mode, the problem is still there. Did anyone met this problem before?
