Data curves forces extracted from Nanoscope Analysis 1.80 and 1.40

Dear all,

I sent an email to afm.support@bruker.com but I did not get an answer...

Could you help me understand if anyone had the opportunity to use Nanoscope Analysis to extract QNM force curves. The comparison of the data from the 2 versions 1.80 and 1.40 shows curves (Deflection vs Ramp) totally different. The big problem is that these 2 curves do not give the same value of Young's Modulus.On the other hand, do you know what brings the 'Sync Distance' parameter?
