When operating in liquid, can you use the regular PFQNM parameters or do you have to change something?
Start with the PFQNM (or ScanAsyst) in fluid experiment. At least two settings that seem to require different settings are the drive amplitude and the # frames for auto config (I can't recall the exact parameter name). Typing a number other than 0 into the # frames causes an auto-config to happen after every x number of frames. This is more important in fluid than in air. For the drive amplitude try starting with 50nm-100nm (instead of 150 nm).
