In the AFM Dimension Icon, When I start the NanoScope software, the following message appears:(Error: Z Full Range Sensor Gain may be too high. You should reduce the <Full Range Sensor Gain> in the scanner file.

Error: Sensor pre-amp-offset of Z center (1.4961) is over the 0.6 limit)

I searched the (scanner file) but I did not find!

What should I do?

Thanks.

Hello Mr. Houmadi

Unfortunately, those are the primary indications of a scanner that has beeen damaged by crashing into the surface of a sample.   Please contact  Veeco Tech Support at the following link to arrange for a repair from anywhere in the world
