Guillaume,

Those are two recent conference presentations, so I'm not sure how much detail will appear in the journal itself. Our most detailed explanation to date is the PeakForce QNM application note.

finally i found two references :

1 Su, C. Mapping Quantitative Mechanical Properties at Molecular Scale Using Peak Force Tapping AFM. Microscopy and Microanalysis 16, 364-365, doi:doi:10.1017/S1431927610057132 (2010).

1 Minne, S., Hu, Y., Hu, S., Pittenger, B. & Su, C. NanoScale Quantitative Mechanical Property Mapping Using Peak Force Tapping Atomic Force Microscopy. Microscopy and Microanalysis 16, 464-465, doi:doi:10.1017/S1431927610061829 (2010).
is it correct?
