Hi, I am using AFM, multimode , serial number U642881.

Does anyone here know how to do this kind of measurement( see link below) ?

Hi Guys,

I'll email you a copy of the Nanoscope V user manual which has the info you are looking for in chapter 3. Following the manual will give you OK data on the Multimode. If however you require better S/N than what you get using the generic method, there is a PiezoResponse option available for the MM8 which uses dedicated signal routing and thus achieves better S/N ratio.

Regards,

Stefan

Hi, Stephan

could you please give me some suggestions of how we can remove the electrostatic signal from the amplitude  response.  I am trying to used an external amplifier, but I am not expert, therefore, If is possible,  could you please help me to do this task. I do not  know how connect  our system (multimode 8 with adapted nanoscope V) with the external amplifier and what I need to do in the software?

Sandra
