如何在win7下安装 Nanoscope analysis

大家好：

有个问题想请教各位。

我在我的笔记本上（win7系统）装Nanoscope analysis v120r1sr3时出现了问题。

安装过程中并没有报错。但是安装好后打开进入软件后，却打不开文件。

开始时提示：

“Error, the file chosen dose not have a valid file format. Verify the file is a valid Nanoscope or Nanodrive file”

但是我在别的电脑（vista）上就能装成功并打开文件，向各位请教
